  2. Proof of Fault: Clear evidence of the fault must be provided.

  3. Return of Product: The faulty product must be returned in its original packaging.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Return

Refunds & Return will be processed in the following scenarios:

  • If the product you receive is significantly different from what was described.

  • If the product is damaged during delivery.

  • If the product has manufacturing defects.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Products that are not in their original condition or are missing parts.
