Role Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end WordPress development, capable of building custom websites, optimizing performance, and integrating advanced features that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites from start to finish.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to implement new features.
• Stay up to date with new WordPress tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs.
• Strong experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, and other popular page builders.
• Familiarity with cPanel, hosting environments, and Git version control.
• Good understanding of SEO, responsive design, and website optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.

• Employment Type: In-office (Full-time)
• Office Location: Bosila, Mohammadpur, Dhaka
• Probationary Period: Six months
• Remuneration: Salary (Tk. 25,000–40,000) + Project Incentives
• Other Benefits: Provident fund, performance bonus, mobile allowance, yearly salary review, two yearly festival bonuses, and fully subsidized meals and refreshments — along with other benefits as per company policy.
